ACCOUNT MANAGERS/FIELD SALES - Union City and Stockton, CA

Account Managers are provided a list of base assigned accounts. Expectations include but not limited to:

Increase market share by:
  • Attaining 48% participation from assigned accounts and 30% closure
  • Calling on the right accounts, high volume, high margin
  • Minimum of two face to face meetings daily
  • Minimum of four quotes per week; meet quota
  • Effective use of CRM: input, keep current and maintain marketing and forecast data  
Requirements:
  • Professional Sales Training, college education preferred
  • Entry level, 1-2 years sales experience;
    preferably b2b industrial, capital equipment
  • Driven individual, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business to business sales skills including prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, consultative proposal preparation and delivery to groups and one-on-one, closing
  • Computer savvy - use of a CRM system, database
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a structured work environment
